Interesting. Thanks. What do hams do in that environment? Is that all new houses or just ones built in developments? I live in Silicon Valley. Land is expensive. It's common to buy an old house to get the lot, throw away the house (scrape off) and build a new one. So new houses are readily available that are not part of developments. -- These are my opinions.
