Hi

It's a solder sealed can with gray paint on it. The three pins on the bottom 
are numbered.

Assuming it's made by the same Hammond as the cases and transformers, it's a 
very obsolete part. With no date code on it, even knowing how old it is is not 
very easy. The lack of a date code also rules out most military applications.
