Seems that under this name there´s 2 type of devices: RF Samplers, that are simple RF power dividers, and high speed sample-and-hold circuits. I´m trying to find these, and derive a way to make them work work again.
All the work I did up to now seems to indicate that these are the sample and hold units:

No datasheet seems to be available, and the equipments where they came from don´t seem to have schematics availabre either. Any ideas?
