Bob Funny you mention that. I actually have a remote chance of actually doing that. I know a guy who knows a guy... I really don't want to get tangled in that total distraction actually. The value of the chip in at least a predictive wwvb d-psk-r is that you could easily obtain the nasty DST data. As I have only recently realized due to some pushing from Tom thats the mess not the 31 bit timecode. Quite the surprise actually. The everset chips actually don't give you useful things that you need like raw wwvb carrier or much else. So you are only leveraging the message for the dst clues. Lot of pain for little gain.
