I don't know what your requirements are and thus cannot say what a good design choice is. Yes, the LEA-M8F does support the output of satellite phase data. Yes you can use that for RTK. BTW: this is stated in the documentation for the module. You just need to read it. BTW2: is this a hobby project or is this a work project?
