True Position was a Berwyn, PA mobile industry equipment provider. In 2014 they acquired Skyhook Wireless and changed company name to acquirer’s. — These True-Position units are surplus from the cellular/mobile phone industry. Several years ago, when these units first appeared (2010/2011), the Mt. There is a small, about 3.5" by 4.5", GPSDO board being offered by several sellers on eBay. I bought one from what looks to be the only US based source.
