Of course, that assumes you want to stick with BIND. I imagine that I might be able to convince the people at Nominum to give me some free licenses for ANS, (see <http://www.nominum.com/products.php?id=2>) which would give you about an order of magnitude performance improvement over BIND, and which can meet some very stringent latency requirements in order to properly serve ENUM for VOIP clients.
