Ask,
You've suggested mapping unfilled subzones to "nearby" filled subzones.
I like the idea of creating useful subzones, but it seems like a lot of
work to create and maintain a list of which subzones are "near" to
others. So, why not just map the unfilled subzones to the global zone?
Is there something I'm missing?
