There's another way you can solve this problem. Get rid of BIND
and use real load-balancing nameserver software. Ask already has
such software that he uses to support the Perl CPAN. Why not just
re-use that?
However, lets first agree on the question if country codes help solve *our*
problems (and which problem(s)).
I don't think it does. I think it just clouds the issue.
