Vaguely related: We are well exceeding the yearly 35% growth target
I (arbitrarily) set and put on the server count graphs:
        http://www.pool.ntp.org/zone/

Isn't 35% *WAAAAAY* low? Shouldn't it be closer to 400% in order to
keep the load on the servers constant?

Well, it's just a target to have a measuring stick to see how we are doing. (I think roughly twice as good which means at the current rate we'll double the pool size every year).

I agree that we should aim higher than 35% (doubling the pool every two years) to keep up with the current client growth.

Any ideas for what we can do would be most welcome. One thought I've had is to get volunteers for each region/country (essentially zone) to be "responsible" for that area. Translate the website, do local advocacy, do local support (in the local language), etc.

Can we have a show of hands; how many would be willing to spend an hour or two a week (every week for an extended period of time) on that?
