I'll put my hand up for Australia (Melbourne), but language is not much
of an issue here so there's nothing to do on that front.

Attracting participants is what I would like to find a way to do. I've
mentioned the pool to a few (large) organisation's sysadmins, but nothing
has happened at any of those places. Don't know what else to do.

What would be really great is to get a list of addresses of Australian
clients using stratum 1 or 2 servers...

Ah well. I can dream.
