Personally I'd prefer a checkbox - it's more obvious. eg. I have 512kb
upstream and the ntp bandwidth isn't significant enough to worry about
yet. For now I just set the servers to 1mb. Later on, if the pool gets
busy the ability to disable zones (switch off world, or even limit
myself to the uk zone) would be handy.
