I am currently trying to get into contact with one of my "abusers" - currently seeing a packet a second from them, and I assume this is what could be considered abusive? What information would be relevant to a client admin - I will point them to the NTP server project and the pool homepage, but is there anything more specific worth mentioning? In any case, I will be mailing them soon and be quite happy to share my email for use a template if anyone would like it.
