Serious upset is a fair description.
I didn't have my own stratum 1 server at the time, and it may have been
that event which help trigger me into action. Of course, I will be at the
mercy of the GPS/PPS implementation of NTP at the next leap second, rather
than the mixture of Internet servers I had to rely on last time.
