From what I recall, best practice recommends a minimum of 4 NTP
servers and to configure your local subnet with at least 3 local NTP
servers configured as peers, giving a total of about 7 per host.
Configuring many more upstream servers is probably not useful, but
you want enough that the "falseticker detection" has enough to work
with...
