On the other hand, when we want to provide a worldwide pool of NTP servers it should not be so easy to take it down with a comparatively small number of clients. When everyone with a Windows PC would put pool.ntp.org in their server address, we would be a LOT worse off! You can only imagine what time.windows.com has to suffer. So, we better try to reorganize things so this provider causes no problems, than to keep blaming them.
