Every once in a while, I see a major spike in my offset history. Now too: there is a 180+ms spike in my history at <http://www.pool.ntp.org/scores/82.95.91.106> where I usualy am around 20ms +/-.
What do I do to eliminate these spikes? What causes these spikes? Do I have bad timeservers configured? Is it my computer/connection that is at fault?
