Is this a particular development ? This is not a functionnality but a fundamental point for you and for each partners that want have new customers. At that level, you can say "hello, i sell service for a free software. But, it is very slow. So choose it and pay for improvement" it is equivalent ! I don't understand why speed improvement was not more serious for you and yet applied ! It's your business... You had to do this to have new customers... Like I'm in question : When the main SVN repositories will be opened (read access) to everybody ?
