A better workflow / process support && documentation for it. The main point of an ERP (for me) is process support. Writing one's own processes in tiny is right now a difficult thing to do: bad documentation and a useless xml syntax.
Adding a great UI (which could either be a graphical editor or a useful language) and documentation would be one great and addition. After that's done, we need to actually control those processes: who is doing what, what's taking how much time generally, all the things connected with <strong>Business Process Monitoring</strong>.
