A few more suggestions from my side. Adding a complete Manufacturing Management Module. I think we are lagging in that area in TinyERP. I think this project will occupy at least 2 trainees.
Modifying the VAT part so that it is more easy to adopt to different country's federal laws. A flexible income tax calculation module so that one can define various rules by which income tax should be calculated, deductions should be calculated, etc. etc. Finally a TDS (tax deduction at source) module which can be configured to adopt to a country's federal laws.
