1: Tools -> Subscriptions -> Configuration -> Document types -> New 2: Fill in a name "Sale Subsc" for example , Model -> Sale order, leave the subscriptions fields empty for now 3: make a draft sale order ( I think you must leave it in draft state) 4: Tools -> Subscriptions -> All Subscriptions -> New 5: Document type = "Sale Subsc" , search/lookup your draft sale order you made in 3 -> Fill in the rest of the fields -> Process Partner field in v4 was for refference only and did not do anything.
