No.  I have the latest trunk and the patches work just fine.

Just a sidenote:
Tiny needs to fix a side-effect of a bug that they fixed a couple days ago that 
introduced a "Installed but unpackaged files" error into the RPM generation.  
But that has nothing to do with my patches.  And it's not that big a problem 
anyhow, since you can workaround the error by turning into a warning by placing 
the following line into one of the rpmmacro files such as your .rpmmacros or 
/usr/lib/rpm/redhat/macro:
% unpackaged files terminate build 0
But, it would be better if the error was fixed.

But again, there's nothing that would prevent the patches from being applied 
right now.
