Moodle is used in so many settings, that one can not tell the solution, e.g. 
usage within a university, within a business to train employees, within a 
training company that sells online (business)training.
The second needs a integration with the employees where maybe all courses are 
for free, where as the third needs a integration with a partner where a 
specific training (=product-item?) is sold.
Then are users self registered in moodle and synced to OpenERP or registered in 
OpenERP and synced to moodle. Both options are needed depends on kind of 
business.

Can we create together a functional design/technical design of this integration 
so we don't miss something? (Now I think I gonna miss the wiki or will 
blueprint deliver this kind of functionality, or do we have to switch to 
google-code (I hope not).

B.t.w., i do use moodle as the third mentioned option.
