Just simplifying let us see what has to be integrated between Moodle and OpenERP. Some thoughts:
1. User authentication/registering - Moodle has LDAP, I persume (naive?), that OpenERP also has. 2. Course lists 3. Grading can be exported via spreadsheets, so there could be a way to map it, ODBC (I am still wet behind the ears on ORM). 4. Payments methods. Could follow similar lines tointegrating OpenERP (OE) with say osCommerce. 5. Web conferencing, like with DimDim, as Moodle already has an integration available. 6.. Etc.
