On incoming, you can scan barcodes simply putting the cursor on every place that a product code appairs...
I say... on incoming packing you only have to open the line you are packing and set the lot with the barcode scanner. You don't need any additional module to do this. If your products are serialized, you maybe would need prod_lot_autosplit module. On outgoing... you DON'T need barcodes on orders. When you confirm your sales order, automatically an outgoing packing would be created. Identically you make it on incoming, you should do on outgoing.
