Hey, I don't think you understand, i realize you can create packings direct using the standard interface. The incoming method may work if we use lots on each box of products but we will still have to go through all the different orders to bring in the different lots(Separate issue).
However on outgoing, when I'm asking for a method of barcode scanning products out of the building, the answer "you don't need barcodes on orders" doesn't make any sense. Our current system uses barcodes and for a reason, we brought them in due to many miss deliveries. when you deal with say 2000 different product lines with products that are very similar the use of bar codes is very useful. So does anyone else have this need and aware of a way to do it. With all the companies i have dealt with and discussed such systems the majority of the time orders are sent using bar code scanning of products. This level of verification allows the right people to be accountable for miss shipments and stock changes. -------------------- m2f -------------------- -- http://www.openobject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=56102#56102 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ Tinyerp-users mailing list http://tiny.be/mailman2/listinfo/tinyerp-users
