Nothing really bad and I'm not aware of the full story. Nevertheless Axelor 
always positioned themselves at the border between open-source and proprietary. 
They promote non free plugins for MS-Office, it was quite impossible to get a 
working os-commerce connector without a support contract. Till now the web 
interface they contributed on is still under a restrictive licence, which is a 
key access point to Saas.
On the other hand they never claimed they were supporting free software 
phylosophy. As far as I know they never accepted to collaborate with another 
OpenERP partner.

I think this make people at first suspicious about anything coming from Axelor, 
though you can find worst than them in daily business.
