The module recorder is totally non-intuitive and has not been improved in trunk.

Neither, of course [Evil or Very Mad] It is the directory internal to your module. Why do you need a directory internal to your module? Who knows. It is also used to name the xml file inside the directory inside your module, and as the name of the zip file containing your module. > 2.b File name : When I put "1.0" as version ... looks like it use it as part > of the file name. Unless you change it your zip file will be named <directory>-<version>.zip > I tried to find that zip file both in my local computer and server computer > ... and I don't found one. You have to use the 'Save as' button to the right of the 'Module .zip file' field that tells you the size of the zip file (!?) > 3. All the ones you have made changes to that you want to save... Unfortunately, choosing which objects to save requires just the kind of knowledge you are trying to avoid having to acquire by using the interface to do your customizations. The best way to proceed when making modules through the interface is to create a separate database just for that. Remember when you started, then when you have finished save everything from that date-time.
