This came up in net2. For a few weeks, Deluge was under a flurry of changes, and a few people commented on the churn. So I recommended that Razvan slow down on the commits to the main tree, and instead commit once code is tested a bit. But it seems like the stuff in git is pretty stable now, right Razvan?
