Hristo, I don't fully understand what you want to do and what the problem is.
You write that you are able to program the mote with the bootloader.exe supplied by meshnetix. So what is it exactly that does not work? Is this some sort of over-the-air programming you want to achieve? Or do you want zigbit code and tinyos code to interoperate?
