Hi, According to the CC2420 datasheet page 9, it says that programmable output power range is 24. "The output power is programmable in 8 steps from approximately -24 to 0 dBm"
However, I have seen some existing works on tx adaptation or the code in TinyOS. The setPower() command accepts 1 to 31.
