I did a clean install of the 9.10. Just to make sure, here are the
MSP430 packages I have:

        $ dpkg -l 'msp430*' | grep ^ii
        ii  msp430-binutils-tinyos               2.17-20080806
    MSP430TOOLS -- Binutils
        ii  msp430-gcc-tinyos                    3.2.3-20080806
    MSP430TOOLS -- GNU CC
        ii  msp430-libc-tinyos                   20060801cvs-20080806
    MSP430TOOLS -- Libc
        ii  msp430-tinyos                        2.1-20080806
    Dummy package to pull in all msp430-related
        ii  msp430-tinyos-base                   2.1-20080806
    Dummy package required by all msp430-tinyos

The repository I have in /etc/apt/sources.list is the following:

        deb http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos/dists/ubuntu feisty main
