As I recall from a previous discussion Hank and I grew up in the same city, Camden, New Jersey. I can almost imagine his mother and mine at the wringer on top of the washer. My grandmother had a icebox within my memory. How aout jujubes, Turkish candy, and halvah (halveh?)
