Rod, 
    I really like the Lilly Berry Psychology at Work text (used it in first and second 
editions).... Students also seem to like it and find text engaging....

Can anyone recommend a good I/O text?  I'm looking for an undergraduate
level text with an easy to moderate level of reading difficulty.  I've
never taught this before so I'm also looking for something that has good
