I will be teaching some sort of biological psychology or neuropsychology
course next spring for the first time, because we have decided to add a B.S.
degree option to our current B.A. offering. I am at a very small four-year
school. I have the opportunity to apply for a small instructional support
grant to buy materials and equipment to enhance instruction.

To those of you who teach neuro or biopsych, what sorts of props or
equipment would you recommend? We do not have a wet lab, but I have already
made arrangements with the biology department for access to a lab and to the
sheep brains and eyes they have.

I have never taught this course before, so right now I'm just going on some
graduate training and a strong interest. Any advice you have to offer in
general or on specific topics such as textbook selection, as well as any
material support in the form of activites or handouts that you can offer
would be very welcome!

Thanks,
Nathalie
