Several of the major publishers are now allowing faculty to put together
a customized text that does just that--keeps the chapters you want to
cover at either a deeper or shallower level--there are usually 2 versions
to pick from--and then allows you to omit the chapters you won't cover.
It sounds like this is the answer to many people's needs. I haven't tried
it yet but it sounds like a nice idea! Have any tipsters tried this yet?
