declare the tipster of the year .Many factors go into my declaration of
the tipster of the year.The criteria are but are not limited to:
- amount of discussion generated by the individual's post
- individual have supportive evidence through scientific references
- individual occasionally shows humorous cognitive flexibility
-individual initiates posts that deal with contemporary issues
-individual is well respected by his/her peers on Tips
-individual shows respect anp alternative explanations for cross-cultural
variables
-the individual is relenless in seeking scientific validation
