In addition to a number of on-line resources that are out there, Tom
Pusateri has developed a wonderful list of in-class demonstrations for a
course in Cognition. While they were originally put forth as teacher
demonstrations, I found many of them to be fantastic projects for the
students to present in class. I believe the demonstrations are in the
instructor's guide for the Reed textbook.
