definition" of intelligence, but you do have a personal acceptance of
someone else's definition. Shouldn't that always be subject to
reflection, examination, even question in the light of new finding and
understandings rather than be rejected out of hand merely because they
might not accept with what is currently accepted. To do otherwise, would
impose stasis and even stagnation on your profession.
