It seems obvious to me that they should cancel the halftime show entirely and spend that entire time just running more ads. Those are the reason people watch at halftime, not to see some lipsynching dancers. It seems like a win-win situation for everyone except the folks like Jackson and that guy she was dancing with...and I'm sure they don't pay CBS NEARLY as much to appear as CBS gets from the companies running commercials.
