Has any one kept stats on the number of posts from international tipsters? I I have conversed in person with some international TIPsters who have told
me frankly they like TIPS but whenever they see the Sylvester return email
address under the subject line, they just delete the message without reading it
because there is a 100% chance that it will be tangential to psychology,
puerile, and mainly an exercise in self-aggrandizement on the part of the
sender.
So it would seem that a major source of irrelevance would be the very pot
that is calling the TIPS kettle black.
