Maybe I'm an old curmudgeon myself, but I need to hold it and write
on it and do it in the leisure of my overstuffed chair with my tea
and chocolate!
Get a laptop and a wireless hub in your house (in order to keep the easy
chair, etc.), and just use the zom function in Word to increase the size
of the type and save your eyesight.
