You can get into a real can of worms.  I adopted Nairne 4th with
WebTutor for my online classes, and two weeks into the course, not
everyone has their codes yet.

There's definitely a learning curve here, but the publisher's rep has
been very helpful and we should get it sorted out by the weekend.
