Within the Ron Bluish paradigm,folks who talk about extinguishing Michael
Sylvester should probably be more concerned about controlling spontaneously
recovery of responding to my posts than anything else.Extinction was mentioned
as one of the Skinnerian principles,but I also think that Skinner would be
interested in why despite all efforts at extinction the behavior persists.Here
is my analysis .
Are tipsters trying to prevevt me from posting?
or from posting posts that are perceived to be inflammatory?
are tipsters usung the right extinction procedures?
My observation is that most responders on Tips are part of a response complex
hierarchy: you have the Canadian line
(Green,Clark.Black),then Gender folks:Annette,Beth,Joan,Nancy,Linda etc) and a
loose coalition of independents
through longevity,then the new wannabes,Mike Palij and Miguel Roig and David
Epstein have that New York thang about them. And there is the Midwest folks who
are the most neutral on the list.And there is Allen Esterson who looks over the
Empire.
As I said before 97% of my posts are never responded to.So why do I keep on
posting?
I keep on posting because the source of my reinforcement is resistant to
exttinct ;an internal mechanism of self-satisfaction from being creative for
creativity sake(self-transcendence)
