Can anyone tell me whom we should contact about the shoddy editorial work on the manual.
I do believe that if they were deluged with emails and other notifications from instructors and authors that something would have to be done, such as publishing an erratum document. We need to do and not just say it's good to do it; but where and how do we do it is my question? I'm in as soon as I where to direct my comments.
