That sounds wonderfully familiar!
At one time, I was an undergraduate at the institution where I now teach.
While there, I wrote a paper for a Political Science class that wasn't
particularly "time sensitive."
So far, I've received that paper back TWICE from students in my own
Political Science classes (I teach PoliSci, Psychology, Sociology and
Minority Studies). In both cases I graded the paper with a "4.0" (hey-that
author was GREAT :)--and the student with a "0!"
Sigh! Some things are timeless-too bad that includes term papers.
