Hello Tipsters,
        Actually, Nancy, I wanted you to know that I posted your original
message to my intro class discussion list to:
        a.  demonstrate that  psychological principles may be relevant for
world events
        b.  demonstrate that psychology professors are concerned about more
than their courses and their research.

Those are good things for intro students to hear, I think.
