Dear Nancy:

Read my lips. No new taxes. (Sorry, wrong message!). In _ALL_
situations where there are five choices and a correction of 1/4
mark off for each wrong answer, guessing can't hurt, so you might
as well do it.

My reasoning is explained in a previous post and I stand by it.
James Kalat agrees, as does Ken Steele. I suspect the ETS agrees
as well, and this is why they chose the 1/4 point correction.

Can we vote on this? It could be more fun than what some of you
are going to do on Tuesday.
