I don't know what became of the movement, but Reichenbach (and
perhaps others) did propose something called Scientific
Philosophy, although I don't know to what extent their methods
would be viewed by scientists as scientific.
In defining philosophy as based on reason, we should also
remember that certain movements overlapping with philosophy
(e.g., postmodernism) would not fit that definition.
