A well-written article, but I was surprised it didn't mention the more
blatant and troubling problem of students buying whole papers on the
internet.  (I brought this topic up a few weeks ago.  It's called "contract
cheating.")  This is a problem that's a lot harder to detect, but I think
even more serious than the "cut and paste" plagiarism.
